Our team will guide you through the return process, and you may choose from the following options:

  1. Refund to your original payment method or bank account
  2. Exchange for a new or different item of the same value

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • You include the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase

If the product received is incorrect or damaged, Glossy Glams will fully cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Product Inspection: Once the item is received, our team will verify its condition.
  3. Return Approval: After confirming eligibility, you can select from a refund or exchange

If approved for an exchange, a new order will be dispatched, and you will be charged Rs. 250 for delivery and pickup.

Important Notes:

  • Timing: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accommodated.
  • Courier Delays: Parcel pickups may take 6-8 business days due to courier delays, and we appreciate your patience.
